A Tribute to My Mother Pastor Kech Nkechi Ene — The Everlasting Voice of Faith
Today, we celebrate a woman whose life was a sermon — not merely preached from a pulpit, but lived in every act of love, every word of wisdom, and every prayer whispered for her children and generations yet unborn.
My Mother — a true multi-generational Mama, a matriarch whose hands nurtured, whose heart guided, and whose voice carried the Word of God across generations. In her presence, you felt heaven’s warmth. In her words, you heard the heartbeat of divine truth.
She was a preacher per excellence — not by title alone, but by calling, conviction, and consecration. Her message was not diluted by time or trend. She spoke the Word in season and out of season, never bending to please men but always yielding to please her Maker. Her voice thundered with passion, yet it soothed with grace. Her Bible was never just a book — it was her sword, her comfort, her constant companion.
Though she has crossed from labour to rest, her ministry continues. Even in death, she preaches still — through the lives she touched, the souls she led, the children she raised, and the example she left behind. Her faith echoes in our prayers. Her legacy breathes in our worship. Her spirit still stands behind every pulpit of truth, declaring the same undiluted Word she so loved.
To my beloved Mother in Israel — your life was the gospel lived out loud. Your memory is a sanctuary. Your legacy is eternal. You have finished well, Mama. You have run your race with grace. And even now, in the glorious company of saints, your voice resounds:
“Preach the Word — in life, in death, in eternity.”
